Most dog beds are a flat pad on the floor. Dogs do not sleep like that. They rest their head on something, lean against an edge, and press their back into a wall. A bed with no sides gives them nothing to lean on.
This one has a raised bolster running around three sides, so your dog can rest their chin on the rim and tuck into the corner. The fourth side stays open and low, which matters for older dogs and short-legged breeds who struggle to climb over a raised edge.
The whole surface is long-pile plush. The base is flat and firm enough to support weight properly rather than bottoming out after a few weeks.
Choosing your size
Measure your dog nose to tail while they are lying stretched out, then allow a few centimetres.
