Shipping policy
Where your order ships from
Cuddaro works with manufacturing partners overseas. Your order is packed and dispatched directly from our partner warehouse rather than from Cyprus. This keeps our prices lower than high street pet shops, and it means delivery takes longer than a domestic courier.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery times
- European Union: typically 8 to 18 business days after dispatch.
- Cyprus: typically 10 to 25 business days after dispatch.
- Middle East: typically 12 to 25 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, postal backlogs and peak periods can add time. If your order has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, contact us and we will investigate or refund you.
Shipping costs
- European Union and Cyprus: free shipping on all orders.
- Middle East: a flat rate is shown at checkout.
Customs duties and import charges
Please read this before ordering. Import rules changed across several markets during 2025 and 2026, and low value shipments are no longer exempt from duty in many places.
Depending on your country, your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes or a handling fee charged by your national postal service or courier. These charges are set by your government, not by Cuddaro, and they are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no way to calculate them in advance or to refund them.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are sent by email once your parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take several days to begin updating, and it is normal for it to show no movement during the first week.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot change the address. Parcels returned to sender due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.
